Wide-Target Lipidomics Method Package
Methods compatible with a variety of lipids
To implement wide-target lipidomics, it is necessary to understand the complex lipid structures and create hundreds to tens of thousands of transitions to identify fatty acid side chains. This package creates MRMs (Multiple Reaction Monitoring) in Microsoft Excel for different fatty acid side chains of pre-registered phospholipids and neutral lipids. In addition to the lipids entered as standard in the package, new lipid classes and fatty acid side chains can also be added and registered.
The created MRM method can be directly imported in text format into Waters' MassLynx or Quanpedia, or Shimadzu's LabSolution.
