Multi-sample, multi-compound analysis requires the analysis of a large number of MS chromatograms. This software overlays all MS chromatograms on a single screen, reducing the enormous amount of time and effort required for accurate quantification.
Based on actual published data, using this software reduces analysis time by 77%, from 115 minutes to 26 minutes.
MRM generator v2
When measuring lipidomes, it is necessary to set up a large number of transitions. By installing this software, it is possible to easily set up these transitions. In addition to the ready-to-use package for the basic lipids to be measured, it is a custom-made package that allows new lipid skeletons to be added as needed. The software is programmed to automatically build an MRM method in accordance with the SFC(LC)-MS/MS used by the customer.
